Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to carry a tray with 10 dinners
- Ability to set tables, chairs, and rearrange furniture
- Prior experience in a quality establishment preferred
- Able to understand, speak, read, and write clearly in English
- Effective team member
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Maintain current SafeServ certification
- Maintain current Basset certification

Job Duties
- Dependably come to scheduled work shift in a positive state of mind meeting dress and grooming standards for a professional appearance
- Assist bussing staff in removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters and then take them to the kitchen for cleaning when necessary
- Securely transport food from the main kitchen to specific banquet area either on trays or in warming containers
- Serve individual plates of food and/or beverages to guests in a professional manner
- Set and decorate buffets
- Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
