Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Have at least two years of experience
- Must be service oriented
- Must communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing
- Able to complete onsite menu training and final exam
- Must maintain Basset certification
- Must maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to move continuously behind bar and lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Available to work varying days, evenings, weekends and holidays

- Ability to complete onsite menu training and final exam
- Current Basset certification

Job Duties
- Arrive for scheduled work shifts on time in a positive state of mind and meeting dress code standards
- Greet customers with a smile when guests arrive
- Verify guests' identification to meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Provide thorough knowledge of all Arrowhead food and beverage items
- Present menus, answer questions, inform guests of specials and make recommendations
- Mix and prepare alcoholic beverages, beers, and wines
- Take food and beverage orders and enter into computer system
- Use point-of-sale system to record sales and produce guest bills
- Handle cash responsibly and follow cash handling procedures
- Ensure product quality through proper storage
- Build clientele by demonstrating a positive personality and professional image
- Execute proper cost controls in pouring and monitor liquor, beer, and wine costs
- Maintain supply of ice, clean glassware and garnishes
- Support servers and bussers as needed
- Maintain familiarity with Arrowhead facility
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Provide high quality customer service professionally
