Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience
- One to two years employment in commercial garage or auto parking business
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid United States driver’s license held for minimum three years
- Clean DMV driving record
- Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and work together with line-level staff in daily operations of valet, bell, and door areas
- Understand shift needs, deploy resources, and communicate plans to staff
- Coach and train associates using job skill handbooks
- Set daily expectations and ensure task completion
- Motivate associates and foster teamwork for excellent service
- Monitor time and attendance to meet labor budget and adjust as needed
- Resolve guest concerns according to service recovery guidelines and escalate when necessary
- Champion service culture focused on guest satisfaction
- Inspect assigned areas for quality, cleanliness, and compliance
- Manage safety and security procedures to prevent accidents
- Ensure compliance with training requirements for all associates
- Work with management to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Function as a working supervisor and valet attendant
- Greet customers, park and secure vehicles
- Maintain garage sanitation and safety
- Create weekly schedules based on budget and guest experience
- Conduct pre-shift meetings
- Act as driver for company vehicles and maintain them
- Handle guest comments and claims
- Provide guest services exceeding expectations
- Perform valet cashier duties when needed
- Manage cash transactions accurately
- Supervise doorperson and bell staff
- Conduct orientation and ongoing training
- Coach and counsel staff for development
- Ensure uniform compliance
- Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned
