Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid United States driver's license held for a minimum of three years
  • Clean DMV driving record
  • One to two years employment in commercial garage or auto parking business
  • One to two years professional driving related experience preferred
  • Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to safely operate manual and automatic vehicles
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years employment in the commercial garage/auto parking business
  • One to two years professional driving related experience preferred
  • A minimum of one year supervisory/management experience required
  • Technical knowledge of garage operations
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures with ability to determine action
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid United States driver’s license held for at least three years with clean DMV record

Job Duties

  • Understand the needs of the shift, deploy resources and communicate the plan to the staff department
  • Use the department's job skill handbooks to coach and train associates
  • Use approved tools and checklists to set daily expectations and ensure tasks completion
  • Provide daily motivation and encouragement to associates
  • Monitor daily time and attendance including clock in and out to meet labor budget
  • Follow service recovery guidelines to resolve guest concerns
  • Champion Gold Key|PHR's service culture to lead in guest satisfaction
  • Constantly inspect assigned areas for cleanliness, environment and guest experience
  • Manage safety and security procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all training requirements
  • Work with Hospitality Manager and Managing Director to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
  • Function as shift leader handling guest comments or claims
  • Greet customers, park and secure vehicles
  • Manage maintenance and sanitation of the garage
  • Perform tasks of employees supervised for service and training
  • Create weekly schedules according to budget
  • Supervise and assist doorperson and bellstaff
  • Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
  • Act as driver for company vehicles
  • Provide guest services creating a WOW experience
  • Perform duties of Valet Cashier if needed
  • Make correct change to attendants and guests
  • Conduct orientation training
  • Coach and counsel staff for development
  • Ensure uniform compliance
  • Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Successfully complete other duties as assigned
