Arriba Abajo is a vibrant Cantina-themed bar and restaurant located within the Thompson and Tommie Austin hotels, two premier lifestyle hotels situated in the heart of Downtown Austin. This exciting new concept will launch in early spring, featuring an expansive 17,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor dining and lounge areas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience
- Familiarity with mixology and bar equipment
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol serving laws
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical stamina for lifting moderate weights
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have TABC certification

Job Duties
- Provide customized libations and cocktail recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and attractive presentation of the bar area
- Follow all state and local serving guidelines and sanitation standards
- Operate and maintain bar equipment efficiently
- Engage with guests with friendly and knowledgeable service
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Uphold safety and quality standards consistently
