Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
Job Duties
- Ensure bars are fully stocked at all times
- Lift and transport moderate amounts of weight
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist bartenders and servers as needed during service
- Provide friendly and attentive interaction with guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
