Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience in a role that involves regular interaction with active aging adults
- Must be available primarily between 8 am and 3 pm Monday through Friday with flexibility based on core role schedule
Job Qualifications
- Recognized passion for the active older adult segment
- Experience in instructing or performing in studio, Pilates, or training settings particularly with members aged 55 and above
- Senior training certification preferred
- Outgoing personality with strong community-building skills
- Desire to engage with all pillars of ARORA programming
Job Duties
- Engaging with members by building relationships and facilitating social mixers like coffee and game clubs and workshops
- Activating and facilitating weekly walking clubs if desired
- Educating internal teams including club leaders and member concierge about ARORA offerings and gathering their feedback
- Managing and optimizing ARORA program offerings across classes, events, and workshops partnering with department leads
- Providing feedback to the corporate team and sharing insights with other ambassadors to continuously improve the ARORA program
