Job Requirements
- 1+ years Life Time experience interacting with active aging segment
- Availability to cover majority of job duties between 8am and 3pm Monday through Friday
- Flexibility based on core role schedule
Job Qualifications
- Recognized passion for ARORA segment within Life Time clubs
- Experience with studio, Pilates or training for members aged 55 and above
- Senior training certification
- Outgoing personality with ability to foster conversation and community
- Desire to engage in all ARORA programming pillars
Job Duties
- Build relationships with ARORA members drawing them into activities
- Facilitate social mixers such as coffee and game clubs and workshops
- Activate and facilitate weekly walking club if desired
- Partner with club leaders and department teams to educate about ARORA offerings
- Provide feedback to internal teams and direct members to appropriate support
- Monitor and optimize ARORA offerings across classes, events and workshops
- Share feedback with corporate team and participate in monthly ambassador calls for program improvement
