- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency and precision, following established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with food preparation, storage, and rotation to minimize waste
- Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fine dining environment while upholding quality and presentation standards
- Assist with receiving and inspecting ingredients to ensure freshness and quality
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and adherence to HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to contribute to menu innovation and continuous improvement
