Job Duties
- Be courteous and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with colleagues and other hotel departments
- Offer guests an enjoyable experience that meets company standards of excellence, professionalism, and friendliness
- Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it for every guest
- Possess knowledge of the POS system to coordinate effectively with team members
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Clear, mark, and take ownership of table maintenance as well as clean and reset tables
- Assist with clean up, set up, and break down of the dining room
- Complete assigned side work
- Assist coworkers in tasks to ensure a great environment
- Maintain awareness of safety issues throughout the hotel
- Participate in scheduled departmental and administrative meetings as requested
