Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or related field preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical equipment usage
- working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage
- ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests
- relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred
Job Duties
- Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary
- set tables with silverware and glassware, restocks server stations
- clean tabletops and chairs
- make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available
- supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts
- perform other related duties as assigned
