Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the Midwest Area
- Partner with HR to build a culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Lead Midwest Area team focusing on empowerment and growth of service business across new installation, modernization, repair and sales
- Ensure Midwest Area operations run efficiently and cost effectively
- Monitor P&L and financial reports to meet or exceed budgetary goals
- Implement standard operational processes emphasizing continuous improvement of service revenue growth
- Support execution of initiatives collaborating with regional and corporate departments
