- 5 to 10+ years of management experience in the elevator industry
- Proven success in managing and developing workforce talent
- Highly organized with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret professional journals, technical procedures, and regulations
- Ability to manage and delegate tasks under strict timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Master’s in business administration or related field a plus
- 5 to 10+ years of general or upper-level management experience in the elevator industry
- Proven success managing and developing talent
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex business theories and technical instructions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees and customers
Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the Midwest Area
- Partner with HR to build and retain a top-performing, diverse workforce
- Lead the Midwest Area team focusing on service growth across installation, modernization, repair, and sales operations
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations including staff performance and workplace environment oversight
- Strategically review P&L and financial reports to meet budgetary goals
- Implement operational processes emphasizing service revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Support regional and corporate initiatives and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and construction firms
