Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 to 10+ years of upper-level management experience in the elevator industry
- Proven success managing and developing talent
- Very well organized with high energy level
- Strong work ethic and acute attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex business theories and technical procedures
- Ability to own and delegate tasks ensuring timely completion
- Ability to work well under pressure and accept responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the Midwest Area
- Partner with HR to build a culture that attracts and retains top talent
- Lead Midwest Area team focusing on empowerment and service business growth
- Ensure Midwest Area operations run efficiently and cost effectively
- Review P&L and financial reports to monitor branch performance
- Implement organizational standard operational processes with continuous service revenue improvement
- Support execution of initiatives within the Midwest Area and branches
