Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in traffic control and flagging activities
- Good computer skills including emails (Outlook), Excel, and other Windows applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Commitment to safety and adherence to work zone standards
Job Qualifications

- Effective communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in the field, performing traffic control and flagging activities
- Good computer skills to include emails (Outlook), excel, and other Windows applications
Job Duties
- Manage traffic control personnel in designated areas to include performance evaluations and continuous improvement activities
- Assist with training crew members and prepping them for advancement
- Perform work zone safety checks and audits at least once per week
- Ensure time sheets from crew leads are accurate, complete, and turned in on time
- Communicate daily with planning and scheduling team regarding any issues in fulfilling job requirements
- Create leaders from the field
