Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of leadership experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certified Professional Foods Manager certification required
  • consistent attendance

Job Duties

  • Assist management with guest service and operational standards execution
  • perform daily opening and closing duties including inventory and audits
  • ensure safety of guests and team members by reviewing and enforcing safety practices
  • develop, coach, and train food and beverage team leads and members
  • manage labor budgets and create schedules
  • monitor overtime and adjust staffing accordingly
  • analyze guest comments and incident reports
  • focus on guest and team member satisfaction
  • maintain positive relationships with other departments
  • uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • participate in environmental, health and safety responsibilities
  • perform other assigned duties
