Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous general manager experience in a quick service restaurant
  • Ability to travel frequently within the geographic patch
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to train and develop management staff
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • General manager experience required
  • McDonald's experience highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple locations
  • Experience with budgeting and P&L statements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales and operational improvements

Job Duties

  • Supervise and direct a group of restaurant units within a specified geographic area
  • Oversee that all policies and procedures are upheld in all departments
  • Regularly hold management meetings to set clear goals including employee retention, relations, sales initiatives, maintenance issues, and overall restaurant success
  • Leverage Local Store Marketing to grow sales and guest count within the patch
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements and budgeting for the assigned restaurants
  • Conduct manager reviews and ensure accountability and sustainability
  • Spearhead training and development initiatives for restaurant management teams
