Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail management
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple locations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurants
- Willingness to relocate
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in quick-service restaurants or hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple locations
- Experience in managing budgets and financial reports
- Leadership skills to coach and develop management teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Willingness to relocate
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to multiple restaurant teams
- Oversee operational activities across assigned restaurants
- Work with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant goals
- Manage restaurants' profit and loss statements
- Assist in hiring and developing shift and department managers
- Conduct performance reviews with General Managers every six months
- Maintain crew staffing levels and work to reduce turnover
