Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail supervision
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple restaurant locations
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Commitment to upholding company values and standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to relocate
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience managing high-performing locations
- Experience in quick-service restaurants preferred
- Background in hospitality or retail considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop management teams
- Ability to coach and motivate staff toward achieving operational goals
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to General Managers
- Develop staff and enhance restaurant operations
- Maximize long-term sales and profit of each restaurant
- Oversee operational activities of multiple restaurants
- Work varying shifts across all days of the week
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
- Communicate effectively at all organizational levels
