Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Ability to lead and manage multiple managers and teams
- Commitment to upholding McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Capability to develop and implement operational goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants preferred
- Experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to set and achieve operational goals
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate restaurants
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- Lead a team of General Managers by helping set goals, tracking progress, and coaching
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- Provide coaching and direction to improve store sales and performance
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
