Job Description

This job posting is for a position within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
  • Strong background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple managers and teams
  • Commitment to upholding McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Capability to develop and implement operational goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a General Manager in high volume locations
  • Background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • Experience in hospitality or retail considered an asset
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to set and achieve operational goals
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate restaurants

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • Lead a team of General Managers by helping set goals, tracking progress, and coaching
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Provide coaching and direction to improve store sales and performance
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards
  • Foster a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction
