Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-3 years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Experience supervising multiple units preferred
- Availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to travel daily between restaurant locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- General Manager experience of 1-3 years preferred
- Multi-unit management experience preferred
- Experience working in quick service restaurants or McDonald's preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and exercise time management skills
- Leadership and team development capabilities
Job Duties
- Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets
- Deliver outstanding customer and employee experience
- Make great decisions under pressure
- Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and build relationships with their peers and crew
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
- Engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve restaurant operations
