Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or related industries
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and travel regularly
  • Experience managing restaurant operations and P&L
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers and restaurant teams
  • Oversee operations of 3-4 McDonald's restaurants to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Collaborate with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant performance goals
  • Manage restaurant profit and loss statements
  • Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
  • Conduct performance reviews with General Managers and ensure reviews are completed for staff
  • Support staffing needs and reduce employee turnover while promoting a positive work environment
