Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or related industries
- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Ability to manage multiple locations and travel regularly

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers and restaurant teams
- Oversee operations of 3-4 McDonald's restaurants to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
- Collaborate with General Managers to set and achieve restaurant performance goals
- Manage restaurant profit and loss statements
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Conduct performance reviews with General Managers and ensure reviews are completed for staff
- Support staffing needs and reduce employee turnover while promoting a positive work environment
