Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service or restaurant management
- Ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel regularly between multiple locations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage P&L and operational goals
- Must be willing to relocate if required

- Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or related hospitality/retail industries
- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and develop teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing multiple locations is preferred
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated capability to analyze and manage P&L statements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers and restaurant staff
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability
- Oversee daily operations to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
- Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
- Conduct performance reviews with General Managers and ensure cascading reviews for all staff
- Maintain crew staffing levels and work to reduce employee turnover
