Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- prior General Manager experience required
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to work under pressure
- excellent organizational skills
- willingness to travel between locations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume quick-service restaurants
- experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to manage multiple teams
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of business operations and financial management
Job Duties
- Run profitable restaurants that meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- set and achieve restaurant goals with General Managers
- provide coaching and direction to improve store sales
- help General Managers develop leadership skills
- support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- monitor progress and follow up on goals
- ensure operational excellence across stores
