Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license for business travel
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch up to 75 percent of the time
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • experience supervising multiple units
  • servsafe certification
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and POS
  • knowledge of financial analysis and store operations

Job Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in the quick-service restaurant industry
  • multi-unit management experience
  • servsafe certification
  • strong communication skills
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
  • ability to analyze store financials, including P&Ls, break-even points, food costs, and labor expenses

Job Duties

  • hiring, training, developing, managing, and evaluating employees
  • providing incredible customer service and training store personnel
  • creating efficient operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profit
  • ensuring Multi-Unit and Store Managers complete duties such as accurate reporting, tracking coupons, and creating crew schedules
  • ensuring stores meet cost, performance, and labor law standards
  • maintaining sanitary standards in preparation areas and equipment
