Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for business travel
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch up to 75 percent of the time
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- experience supervising multiple units
- servsafe certification
- strong communication and customer service skills
- proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and POS
- knowledge of financial analysis and store operations
Job Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience in the quick-service restaurant industry
- multi-unit management experience

- strong communication skills
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems
- ability to analyze store financials, including P&Ls, break-even points, food costs, and labor expenses
Job Duties

- hiring, training, developing, managing, and evaluating employees
- providing incredible customer service and training store personnel
- creating efficient operations to ensure guest satisfaction and profit
- ensuring Multi-Unit and Store Managers complete duties such as accurate reporting, tracking coupons, and creating crew schedules
- ensuring stores meet cost, performance, and labor law standards
- maintaining sanitary standards in preparation areas and equipment
