Job Duties
- Develop and coach team to improve and maintain restaurant operations for 3-5 restaurants
- meet and exceed sales and profit targets
- deliver an outstanding customer and employee experience
- make great decisions
- lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and build relationships with peers and crew
- travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support their management team
- actively engage with Chief Operations Officer to improve restaurant operations
