Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 - 7 years of supervisory experience at a quick-service restaurant
  • multi-unit management experience
  • ServSafe certification
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
  • ability to analyze financial reports
  • valid driver’s license with ability to travel
  • physical stamina to stand and walk up to 75% of the time
  • ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of store financial analysis including P&Ls, break-even, food costs, and labor
  • ability to meet deadlines
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds

  • hiring, training, developing, managing, and evaluating a crew of employees
  • providing incredible customer service and training store personnel
  • creating efficient operations, happy guests, and profit
  • ensuring multi-unit and store managers complete duties such as accurate reports and scheduling
  • ensuring all stores meet standards for costs, performance, and labor laws
  • ensuring all prep areas, equipment, and utensils meet sanitary standards
  • baking up effective sales-building and local marketing plans
  • upholding proper operational, health, and reconciliation procedures
  • taking the lead in opening new stores
