Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years of supervisory experience at a quick-service restaurant
- multi-unit management experience
- ServSafe certification
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- exceptional customer service skills
- proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS
- ability to analyze financial reports
- valid driver’s license with ability to travel
- physical stamina to stand and walk up to 75% of the time
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds

- providing incredible customer service and training store personnel
- creating efficient operations, happy guests, and profit
- ensuring multi-unit and store managers complete duties such as accurate reports and scheduling
- ensuring all stores meet standards for costs, performance, and labor laws
- ensuring all prep areas, equipment, and utensils meet sanitary standards
- baking up effective sales-building and local marketing plans
- upholding proper operational, health, and reconciliation procedures
- taking the lead in opening new stores
