Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience on pipeline or terminal operating systems
- knowledge of DOT 192 and DOT 195 compliance
- excellent communication skills
- strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- experience with Microsoft programs
- ability to read, comprehend, and follow company procedures and manufacturers guidelines
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to operate an all-terrain vehicle
- commitment to personal and team safety

Job Duties
- lead a team overseeing terminal facilities operations and maintenance
- ensure compliance with DOT 192, DOT 195, EPA/DEQ, OSHA regulations and company policies
- manage safe movement of product in and out of the terminal
- serve as the primary customer contact
- monitor equipment continuously
- oversee maintenance activities as needed
- identify and report abnormal or safety-related operating conditions
- submit accident and near-miss reports
- support emergency response activities
- ensure regulatory compliance related to facility equipment and appurtenances
