Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 employees working 5-7 days a week approximately 2-3 hours per day
- Basic employee relations experience related to hiring and management
- Experience in multi-site operations
- Experience providing customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and quality improvement orientation
- Ability to build trust and rapport and effectively communicate with co-workers, employees, and customers

Job Qualifications

- Experience managing a remote workforce of up to 50 employees

- AA degree preferred or relevant workforce experience
Job Duties
- Ensure satisfactory completion of doorstep trash/recycling collection on all scheduled services in assigned area
- Complete doorstep trash/recycling collection services as needed
- Conduct on-site quality reviews of team and communities to ensure service compliance with standards and safety policies
- Monitor staff check in/out and overall time to completion using proprietary technology
- Recruit, train, and onboard new staff and provide continuing education as needed
- Assist with training new management members
- Assist manager with semi-monthly payroll by keeping technology up to date
- Attend weekly meetings with manager, HR, and others
- Partner with direct manager on rollout/launch of service on new properties
- Attend resident events at communities
- Provide on-call support to workforce
- Manage workforce inventory/supplies including uniforms and tote bags
- Work collaboratively with manager and other business units to serve customers and team
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Perform other duties as assigned
