Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants
  • availability to work various shifts, including weekends
  • ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurant locations
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to manage P&L and operational goals
  • willingness to relocate

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • experience managing multiple locations
  • proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and P&L management
  • ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • willingness to relocate

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to multiple restaurants
  • develop and enhance restaurant operations to maximize sales and profit
  • work with General Managers to set goals and create plans
  • oversee the operational activities of 3-4 restaurants
  • manage restaurant P&L performance
  • assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
  • conduct performance reviews with General Managers
