Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or quick service restaurants
- availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- ability to travel regularly to assigned restaurant locations
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- capacity to manage P&L and operational goals
- willingness to relocate

- strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience managing multiple locations
- proven ability to lead and develop teams
- knowledge of restaurant operations and P&L management

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to multiple restaurants
- develop and enhance restaurant operations to maximize sales and profit
- work with General Managers to set goals and create plans
- oversee the operational activities of 3-4 restaurants
- manage restaurant P&L performance
- assist in hiring and developing department and shift managers
- conduct performance reviews with General Managers
