Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- Ability to meet daily sales challenges
- Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Comfortable using technology including handheld devices and cash registers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems

Job Duties
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Understand customers’ needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- Update signage and pricing to reflect current promotions and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and support store operations
- Provide thorough product knowledge to educate and assist customers effectively
- Complete transactions accurately using electronic devices and cash registers
