Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM, business, sales, or marketing
- More than 10 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven success in building sales teams
- Expertise in long-cycle, technical solutions selling for large projects
- Broad territory management experience including southern U.S. states and California
- Proficient with PC and CRM software
- Experience in elevator industry or service-oriented business
- Ability to travel and work in various U.S. central locations including Miami
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Duties
- Lead sustainable growth for respective sales teams through strategy development and superior selling
- Recruit, develop, coach, and organize high-performing sales professionals
- Develop new markets with short-term and long-term plans to nurture customer relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments to empower sales teams
- Seek out and research market trends and early project developments
- Manage and nurture relationships with owners, developers, consultants, general contractors, and partners
- Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
- Utilize CRM platforms for management of sales plans, pipeline, and activities
- Coach sales performance through in-the-field observation
- Support customer presentations, contract reviews, and due diligence
- Develop and deploy LPC Market Plan
- Maintain funnel volume to meet plans
- Achieve customer engagement and net promoter scores
- Strategic evaluation of competitive positioning
