Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM, business, sales, or marketing
  • More than 10 years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven success in building sales teams
  • Expertise in long-cycle, technical solutions selling for large projects
  • Broad territory management experience including southern U.S. states and California
  • Proficient with PC and CRM software
  • Experience in elevator industry or service-oriented business
  • Ability to travel and work in various U.S. central locations including Miami
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Lead sustainable growth for respective sales teams through strategy development and superior selling
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and organize high-performing sales professionals
  • Develop new markets with short-term and long-term plans to nurture customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal departments to empower sales teams
  • Seek out and research market trends and early project developments
  • Manage and nurture relationships with owners, developers, consultants, general contractors, and partners
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Utilize CRM platforms for management of sales plans, pipeline, and activities
  • Coach sales performance through in-the-field observation
  • Support customer presentations, contract reviews, and due diligence
  • Develop and deploy LPC Market Plan
  • Maintain funnel volume to meet plans
  • Achieve customer engagement and net promoter scores
  • Strategic evaluation of competitive positioning
