- willingness to work out of the Grove City area and perform outside sales calls
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience
- strong knowledge of PMS systems and online platforms
- proven ability to generate business and meet sales goals
- excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure
Job Duties
- develop and execute a marketing plan, sales budget, and market segment strategies
- prospect and secure new business through outside sales calls, telemarketing, and networking
- schedule and complete sales appointments with potential clients
- attend local business and community events to promote the hotel
- negotiate rates for LNR accounts in collaboration with the director of sales and GM
- support group business efforts, including contracts, cutoff dates, and client follow-up
- coordinate with operations to ensure group events and meetings run smoothly
