Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel or sales environment preferred
  • Strong computer and database skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings
  • Ability to stand and move at least 50 percent of the time
  • Completion of Predictive Index Behavioral assessment

  • Experience working in a hotel environment or sales preferred
  • Experience managing social media accounts for businesses preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to use computers, databases, and property management systems

Job Duties

  • Serve as the liaison between the sales and hotel operations team
  • Communicate closely with clients to ensure all details are confirmed
  • Assist with marketing collateral, invitations, promotions, and event coordination
  • Produce various reports across technology platforms
  • Manage reservation entry and build rate codes in property management systems
  • Enter guest reservations and rooming lists
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries and distribute appropriately
  • Coordinate internally with sales and operations to streamline guest needs
  • Ensure seamless execution of site tours, VIP requests, and amenities
  • Conduct business development through internet prospecting and networking
  • Attend evening sales events to gain networking experience
  • Champion company values, vision, and culture
