Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales coordination or administration
- Experience in the food and beverage industry or related sector
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal software systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborating with the regional sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, meetings, and presentations for the sales representatives
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Conducting market research and gathering intelligence on competitors and industry trends within the assigned area
- Managing and updating customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Assisting with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing regular reports and analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and initiatives
