Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in sales coordination or administration
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry or related sector
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to travel within designated sales area

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Collaborating with the regional sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinating and scheduling sales appointments, meetings, and presentations for the sales representatives
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly
  • Conducting market research and gathering intelligence on competitors and industry trends within the assigned area
  • Managing and updating customer databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assisting with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and providing regular reports and analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop region-specific promotional campaigns and initiatives
