Job Requirements
- high school degree preferred
- three to five years of operational management experience in quick service restaurant industry
- effective coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- results orientation and customer focus
- decision making and analytical thinking
- proficiency with personal computer applications
- ability to complete KFC selection process
- regular access to a car
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to drive long distances between restaurants
- ability to sit or stand for several hours
- ability to operate and clean restaurant machinery
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
