Job Requirements

  • high school degree preferred
  • three to five years of operational management experience in quick service restaurant industry
  • effective coaching, leadership, and communication skills
  • results orientation and customer focus
  • decision making and analytical thinking
  • proficiency with personal computer applications
  • ability to complete KFC selection process
  • regular access to a car
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to drive long distances between restaurants
  • ability to sit or stand for several hours
  • ability to operate and clean restaurant machinery
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
