Job Requirements

  • High school or equivalent education preferred
  • Proficient in simple computer tasks
  • Ability to perform all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Willingness to work across multiple property locations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school or equivalent education preferred
  • Proficient in simple computer tasks
  • One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
  • Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
  • Experience supporting multiple properties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work across multiple property locations

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other high-traffic areas
  • Ensure outdoor spaces, including courtyards, parking lots, and walkways, are free of debris, trash, and hazards
  • Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or basic repairs as directed
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas, including dumpsters and trash chutes
  • Ensure trash bins are clean, organized, and properly placed
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for property events or community activities
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests or tasks assigned by supervisors
