Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
- Ability to perform all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
- One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
- Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
- Experience supporting multiple properties
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work across multiple property locations
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other high-traffic areas
- Ensure outdoor spaces, including courtyards, parking lots, and walkways, are free of debris, trash, and hazards
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, or basic repairs as directed
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas, including dumpsters and trash chutes
- Ensure trash bins are clean, organized, and properly placed
- Assist in setting up and breaking down for property events or community activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests or tasks assigned by supervisors
