Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or IUEC full mechanic in lieu of degree
- 10+ years upper-level management experience in elevator or related industries preferred
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to interpret technical instructions
- valid driver's license
- satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report

Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the organization
- manage area new installation processes from booking to turnover
- review P&L and financial reports to monitor branch performance
- plan, direct, and prioritize elevator new installations and manpower needs
- visit jobsites to survey and advise on project progress
- develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- implement and oversee strategic fade initiatives and participate in bids for large installation jobs
