Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or IUEC full mechanic certification
- 10+ years of upper-level management experience in elevator or related industries preferred
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- ability to interpret extensive technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
- valid driver's license
- satisfactory motor vehicle report

Job Duties
- Drive and support a culture of safety throughout the organization
- coordinate with area vice president and branch management teams to drive new installation initiatives
- review P&L and financial reports to monitor branch performance and ensure budget goals are met or exceeded
- plan, direct, and prioritize elevator new installations and manage manpower allocation
- visit job sites to survey progress, troubleshoot problems, and perform quality audits
- develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- implement and oversee strategic fade initiatives, participate in bidding large or complex jobs
- approve change orders, purchase orders, and elevator turnover authorizations
- maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes and company product trainings
- support regional and US field operations initiatives and collaborate with corporate departments
