Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report
  • Thorough knowledge of elevator industry general management methods
  • Specific experience with modernization product line
  • 10+ years’ experience in upper level management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret complex technical instructions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of equivalent experience
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report
  • Thorough knowledge of general management methods within the elevator industry
  • Specific experience with the modernization product line
  • 10+ years’ experience in upper level management
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form

Job Duties

  • Drives and supports a culture of safety throughout the organization
  • Drives success of area modernization processes from booking to turnover
  • Reviews P&L and other financial reports to monitor branch performance
  • Plans, directs, and prioritizes elevator modernizations with area manpower needs
  • Visits jobsites to survey and advise on modernization jobs progress
  • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with customers
  • Implements and oversees strategic fade initiatives
  • Assists with and provides approval for change orders and other necessary approvals
  • Maintains familiarity with company products and industry codes
  • Supports execution of US Field Operations and Area initiatives
  • Possible direct project field crew oversight
  • Performs other duties as assigned
