Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
  • Experience managing social media accounts and content planning
  • Strong skills in photography and video editing
  • Proficient in Canva and social media management tools
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Tucson, Mesa, Arizona, and Oklahoma areas

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries
  • Demonstrated expertise managing multiple social media accounts
  • Strong photography, video capture, and editing skills
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic video editing platforms
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented attitude and proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for hotel brands
  • Create and maintain social media content calendars
  • Write captions, post content, schedule posts, and manage community engagement
  • Monitor and report on social media performance
  • Capture and edit photography and video content
  • Design digital graphics ensuring brand alignment
  • Manage online reputation through review monitoring and responses
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and influencer relations
  • Support event planning and on-site marketing production
  • Update and manage property websites with SEO optimized content
  • Maintain marketing calendars and assist with vendor management
  • Stay informed on industry and social media trends
