Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant hotel marketing experience
- strong digital marketing expertise in SEM, SEO, metasearch, and social media
- proficiency in content management systems, CRM, CRS, and basic HTML
- ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- capacity to collaborate effectively across teams
- willingness to adapt and learn new skills
- familiarity with local markets within the portfolio
- ability to work remotely and report to senior leadership

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel marketing experience with independent, luxury, and lifestyle properties
- proven success in digital marketing including SEM, SEO, and social media
- experience with onboarding new builds and repositioning hotels
- proficiency in CMS, CRM, CRS, HTML, web design, and UX best practices
- strong analytical and communication skills
- strategic planning and organizational capabilities

Job Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and OTA advertising
- design and implement promotions, events, and partnerships
- measure and analyze marketing campaign performance
- create and manage social media content calendars and strategies
- collaborate with revenue and sales teams to optimize booking engine descriptions and sales collateral
- oversee PR activities and agency partnerships
- manage OTA marketing and support onboarding of new hotels
- lead lifestyle photoshoots and videography projects
