Job Requirements

  • Proven track record as a hotel general manager
  • Experience in independent or lifestyle hotels
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business hospitality or related field preferred
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and performance analysis
  • Ability to travel regularly between hotel markets

Job Duties

  • Mentor and support diverse teams across both markets fostering a culture of accountability innovation and high-performance
  • Leverage independent hotel experience to ensure service standards and guest interactions exceed expectations and align with unique brand identity
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs to evaluate physical condition ensure cleanliness and uphold service and product quality
  • Drive revenue growth and profit maximization through review of occupancy reports and strategic changes to business plans and budgets
  • Maintain positive rapport with owners corporate leadership and the public serving as key representative in respective communities
  • Ensure both properties adhere to rigorous safety protocols and participate in sustainability initiatives
