Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management
- proven ability to increase sales and profitability
- strong leadership skills

- ability to work under pressure
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to manage schedule and travel to sites in SC and NC

- 5-7 years of experience in restaurant management (preferred)
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant software programs (preferred)
- ServSafe Certified Food Manager (CFM) certification (preferred)
- ServSafe Certified Proctor (preferred)
Job Duties
- monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
- training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios
- reviewing financial reports to identify ways to improve profitability
- ensuring that all employees are aware of upcoming events or promotions
- managing the scheduling of employees to ensure adequate coverage
- hiring and training new employees as well as terminating underperforming staff
- maintaining communication with vendors to ensure adequate food supplies and competitive prices
- establishing long-term business goals and objectives to improve overall performance
- ensuring all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards are followed
- investigating complaints and taking appropriate action to resolve them
- monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- preparing reports for upper management
- handling customer inquiries and complaints
- participating in the development of marketing plans
- supervising the opening and closing of the restaurant
- performing other duties as assigned
- monitoring building and facility maintenance to ensure all equipment is operational and well maintained
