Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- some college preferred
- current valid state driver's license and copy of most recent vehicle insurance required
- must have a driver's license for at least five years with no more than one moving violation or one at-fault accident in the last three years
- must obtain Passenger (P) Endorsement on driver's license if required by operational changes
- participate in DMV pull notice and random testing programs for alcohol and controlled substances
- pass DOJ/FBI background check
- pass DOT physical exam
- minimum of six years of work experience in a public or private transportation setting
- minimum of one year experience with a frail or elderly population
- four years of supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
- oversee transportation service scheduling and driver supervision, ensuring efficiency and high customer satisfaction
- apply for and maintain DOT certifications and registrations
- monitor DOT-DMV Pull Notice reports in Accurate and SambaSafety Qorta
- respond to any incidents according to training, policies, procedures
- monitor and improve the performance of all markets on key operational metrics
- monitor vehicle safety compliance including vehicle safety checks and verification of vendor compliance
- facilitate market-based meetings with leadership to align with WelbeHealth's strategies and goals
- participate in interdisciplinary team meetings including preparation, active engagement, and timely follow-up
