Job Duties

  • Execute performance management process and build relationships with direct reports
  • Implement company business strategies for revenue growth
  • Recruit, identify, hire, and retain manager level candidates
  • Control food costs and labor while understanding P&L
  • Communicate and implement company processes and procedures
  • Conduct health, sanitation, and safety evaluations
  • Coach managers on key performance indicators and improve staff retention
