Job Duties
- Execute performance management process and build relationships with direct reports
- Implement company business strategies for revenue growth
- Recruit, identify, hire, and retain manager level candidates
- Control food costs and labor while understanding P&L
- Communicate and implement company processes and procedures
- Conduct health, sanitation, and safety evaluations
- Coach managers on key performance indicators and improve staff retention
