Job Duties

  • Execute performance management process and standards to build and maintain relationships with direct reports
  • Recruit, identify, hire, and retain stellar manager level candidates
  • Apply company business strategies for revenue growth
  • Communicate and implement company processes and procedures to management teams
  • Conduct health, sanitation, and safety process evaluations and remedy violations
  • Manage food costs and labor with P&L understanding
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve staff retention and accountability
