Job Requirements
- Minimum of 21 years old
- class A Commercial Driver's License preferred and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
- personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
- regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
- ability to read, write and speak English
- ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within company guidelines
- ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
- ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively in a fast-paced environment
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- ability to quickly learn internal CCBCU systems, SAP, and Margin Minder
- beverage and consumer packaged goods experience preferred
- previous business development planning experience preferred
- complex selling knowledge with proven ability to create and sell-in customer-specific promotional programs and key initiatives
- proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders
- excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple employees
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- interview, hire, and train associates
- plan, assign, and direct work

- address complaints and resolve problems
- build positive associate morale
- provide direction and leadership, communicate goals and objectives, and drive training programs for their teams
- implement market plans and strategies to meet volume, revenue, share, and cash flow goals
- make decisions on staffing, conduct all performance evaluations, and review individual and team performance
- coordinate all sales activities to ensure the highest level of execution on all marketing initiatives, new product introductions, and overall Picture of Success (PicOS)
- provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities
- review business results with customers on a pre-determined frequency and gain alignment on key business initiatives
- analyze and control expenditures of Sales Center to conform to budgetary requirements
- track, measure and analyze execution of Picture of Success (PicOS) across each area of responsibility using internal execution trackers
- conduct in-outlet surveys to measure performance vs Picture of Success (PicOS)
- build strong relationships throughout all levels of leadership across multiple customers
- maintain professional relationships with all internal and external customers
- train each team member on management of customer business plans as measured by key business indicators and customer satisfaction
- establish routines between team members for proper communication and follow-through on all customers
- execute channel/customer annual business plans, programs, pricing, and communications
- successfully launch and execute all new products and pillar programs across multiple customers
- perform appropriate duties as assigned by management
