Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5-7 years management and food industry experience
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays and nights
- Position requires full-time presence at NBCUniversal-designated worksite
- Proven experience leading large teams in high-volume food service operations
- Ability to comply with federal, state and local food safety and labor regulations
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and point of sale systems
- Strong ethical judgement and customer service orientation
- Experience working in unionized environments
- Ability to manage multiple restaurant locations effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic profit and growth plans
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Undergraduate degree in hospitality or business preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years management and food industry experience with large, high-volume operations
- Proven track record in cost control and profit maximization
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and food service point of sale systems
- Ability to develop revenue growth strategies
- Experience managing in union environments preferred
- Theme park experience preferred
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Quick thinker with sound decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Direct the operation of 8-12 quick service branded restaurants
- Implement strategic planning to optimize restaurant profits
- Create and foster a cohesive team through mentoring and coaching
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Implement guest satisfaction and team satisfaction action plans
- Collaborate with human resources and training departments for staff development
- Monitor daily business performance and make operational recommendations
- Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning
- Control costs to maintain or exceed budgeted profits
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards
- Communicate corporate objectives to managers
- Present operational challenges and recommendations to senior management
- Review staffing levels and maintain motivated employees
- Ensure food safety standards in partnership with quality assurance
