Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing multiple restaurant locations
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to travel frequently between restaurant locations
- Willingness to lead by example and assist in restaurant operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
Job Qualifications
- Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, staffing
- Ability to foster a food safety first culture
- Passion for team development and leadership
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience in training and validating employees on operational elements
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations ensuring operational excellence
- Partner with restaurant managers to drive business results
- Foster and ensure a food safety first culture
- Lead and develop teams through effective training and validation
- Manage P&L, staffing, sales forecasting, and business performance
- Maintain a laser-like focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Assist in restaurant operations as a team player when needed
